Patients may visit our online office at their own convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This provides quick and secure access so you can:

- Check appointment schedules

- View photographs/X-rays
- View our Emergency Care information if there is a problem outside of regular office hours
Our online office uses the same encryption protection used by banks to ensure that your information is protected and secure.
Office Hours and Appointments
Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to be on time for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. Cancel only if it is an emergency. It is difficult to reschedule you since most appointments are made 4-8 weeks in advance. If you damage your braces, then be sure to call and advise us before your appointment so that extra time can be scheduled to repair your problem.
How Much Will It Cost?
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's problem which determines the length of treatment. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets, including a no down payment option. We also accept payment from most insurance plans, and we will file the necessary paperwork with the insurance company. We also accept payment by MasterCard and VISA. We work hard to make orthodontics affordable.
Payment Options
To insure that patient care is affordable for our patients, our office offers several payment plans that you can choose from to best fit your financial needs. For those patients covered by an orthodontic insurance policy, we will complete all insurance forms so that you can maximize your benefits. Our office will accept payment directly from your insurance company in order to reduce your out-of-pocket payments for services. The orthodontic insurance benefit is an estimate based on our understanding of your benefit plan. The responsible party is liable for any unpaid balance not paid by insurance.
- Option #1: Payment in full: If full payment is made prior to beginning treatment, then a bookkeeping fee reduction will be applied. This option does not apply if assignment of insurance benefits is accepted.
- Option #2: In-office payment plan: Over the years, we have found that patients have been most receptive to making payments for orthodontic services by paying an initial down payment and paying the remaining by monthly installments over an extended period. We extend payment plans at no finance charge, provided that your account does not become delinquent.
Our fee quote represents a responsible and fair estimate for similar orthodontic care that we have delivered over the past 3 decades in Fairbanks.
