 Welcome to the office of Dr. Walt Babula and Dr. Jessica Woller, where our goal is to provide an excellent orthodontic result as well as to make your visits to our office a positive experience. Your initial visit to our office is very important to us. It gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and determine what you hope to accomplish for your smile with orthodontic treatment. In order to properly evaluate your problem, a panoramic X-ray of your teeth will be needed. After your exam, Dr. Babula or Dr. Woller will discuss your problem in detail, appropriate treatment options available, and an estimate of treatment time. A fee for treatment will be given and payment plan options will be discussed.
Before a final diagnosis and detailed treatment plan for your specific problem can be made, diagnostic records must be completed and reviewed by Dr. Babula and Dr. Woller. A complete set of diagnostic records includes a medical/dental history, clinical exam, plaster casts of the teeth, digital photographs of the patient's face and teeth and various X-rays. Once your diagnostic records have been prepared, Dr. Babula or Dr. Woller will thoroughly review them and write up a specific treatment plan for you. Diagnostic records can be taken following your initial exam and they will take approximately 45 minutes.
A personal consultation will be scheduled to discuss your treatment plan in detail. Dr. Babula, Dr. Woller and our treatment coordinator will show you exactly what's involved in the treatment, what results can be expected and how your active participation can help assure success. This will also provide an opportunity for our financial coordinator to review the fees, the insurance and payment options for your particular case. |
